This presentation will present the OpenGeo Foundation her goals and the
hardware used for the OpenStreetPhoto project, that was supported by
Digitale Pioniers. We will discuss our quadcopter based nodes, Elphel
hardware and software used and designed for (semi-)automatic processing.
Bio:
Stefan de Konink is an open source developer active in several different
communities with a passion for performance, free data and assisting
technologies. Graduated on the implementation of Unified Messaging and
secure ENUM in 2005, now writing his Master thesis in the field of
geo-databases using MonetDB at CWI. As treasurer of the OpenGeo
Foundation responsible for the OpenStreetPhoto projectfunding and
software development.
